Ruby is a queer vegan content creator who’s passionate about making plant based living accessible, exciting & fun. She uses inspiration picked up from years of hospitality work to create entertaining recipe videos, WIEIAD, & DITL content. She blends education with personality showing that going vegan doesn’t mean giving up on flavour or joy, but instead is a healthy sustainable way of living.
