Amy lives by the motto ‘Life is too short not to love yourself and your outfit’. She advocates for body positivity and self-love, regularly showing her body in its natural form, allowing her followers to see her lumps & bumps, encouraging people to embrace themselves and their ‘flaws’. Her passion for fashion started at an early age when she would treasure copies of Vogue magazine, use the models as stencils and create outfits. This coupled with her director-level fashion experience meant outfit planning became her forte, displayed in her colourful & co-ordinating content. She is co-founder of SWEAT SZN, a sustainable fashion, wellness and lifestyle brand community, regularly hosting ‘Self-Love Club’ events as well as selling merchandise. The aim is to spread positivity and bridge the gap between sustainability, style and self-love
