Lawrence Price is a creator, broadcaster, presenter and co-founder of The Secret Life of Dads and Pints & Ponytails, with a growing profile around modern fatherhood, masculinity, men’s wellbeing, health and family life.
Alongside Mat Carter, Lawrence has helped build Pints & Ponytails from a UK event phenomenon into a worldwide movement, with hundreds of independently organised events now taking place globally. He also co-hosts the Pints & Ponytails Show, combining increasingly challenging hairstyling tasks with thought-provoking conversations featuring celebrity guests and leading commentators.
A fitness professional for more than 20 years, Lawrence has accumulated over 12,000 hours of personal training experience, appeared on the cover of Men’s Fitness and featured in Men’s Health over the years. In 2026, he was invited as a guest on Men’s Health’s industry-leading Built for Life podcast to discuss the intersection between physical and mental fitness, and regularly contributes to leading podcasts and conversations across health, wellbeing and modern masculinity. His interactive online workouts have also been completed close to 750,000 times, giving him a long-standing connection with audiences around health, behaviour change and wellbeing.
Lawrence has also worked professionally as a model for eight years, bringing extensive experience in front of the camera across commercial, lifestyle and brand campaigns. He is increasingly sought after for live speaking, Q&As and corporate panel discussions, working with organisations ranging from Estée Lauder to Diageo on conversations around fatherhood, masculinity, wellbeing and modern working life.
His digital work deliberately moves between serious commentary and humour. Alongside reflections on fatherhood, relationships, masculinity and wellbeing, Lawrence creates playful, often didactic comedy sketches that use entertainment to introduce bigger ideas, challenge assumptions and make complex conversations more accessible.
His work has taken him across BBC Breakfast, This Morning, Good Morning Britain, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4, as well as television in Australia and the United States, with coverage in publications including The New York Times, The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Guardian and The Financial Times among others.
Whether presenting, interviewing, performing or speaking live, Lawrence brings together two decades of health and fitness experience with humour, curiosity and a willingness to explore some of the more complicated questions surrounding how we live, parent and relate to one another today.
