Sophie Hellyer is an ex-professional surfer, creative, swim coach and mother, creating visually compelling storytelling rooted in life in and around the ocean. Blending sport, ethical fashion, wellness and family-life, her work is shaped by strong environmental values and a deep connection to water and community. An experienced creative, she has collaborated with global brands including Greenpeace, Finisterre, Adidas, UNIQLO and Hunter. Sophie is the founder of Rise Fierce and Deep Calm, two passion projects centred around water, mental resilience and community, and also co-hosts the podcastTwo’s Company, exploring honest conversations that blur the personal and political.
